Platforms we work with every day
Trademarks belong to their respective owners. We list the platforms we work on; this implies no affiliation, certification or endorsement.
Does any of this sound like you?
People visit but do not buy
Your products get seen, but few end up in the basket. It is rarely the traffic: it is the listing, the price, or paying being too much hassle.
You pay for ads blindly
Money goes out on ads every month and nobody has told you which campaign makes you a profit and which eats it. The overall figure is useless: you have to look product by product.
You sell more and earn the same
Revenue goes up and your pocket does not notice. Fees, shipping and returns eat the growth before you see it.
Your numbers are scattered
One figure on Amazon, one in ads, one in the shop, one in your management software and one in a spreadsheet. That is deciding by gut.
All four are fixed the same way: someone who understands your whole business and puts every number in one place.

What we do, in verbs
The dashboard you get every Monday when we work together
Campaigns rebuilt and the catalogue cleaned up. Ad cost drops and the owned store starts bringing in sales that do not depend on the marketplace.

Our own product · product, AI, development and release
We built the whole app: a conversational companion that remembers what you talked about yesterday and asks about it today, the Bible rewritten in present-day Spanish with a mode that highlights exactly what changed against the 1909 Reina-Valera, prayers generated from the person's actual situation, and reading plans. Good product, poor execution: listings with no A+ content, inherited campaigns with no structure, one product in free fall and no reliable data to decide where to spend.
We restructured campaigns by objective rather than by product, built the full A+ content for the falling product using deliberately conservative language to avoid compliance issues, recovered the Buy Box on the affected listings, and set up monthly reporting that separates ACOS, TACOS and organic sales.
August closed as the best month since we took over the account. And it grew the healthy way: traffic and conversion rose together, with organic sales growing faster than ad spend. The falling product recovered 68% in a single month after the A+ content went live.
Figures taken from the account's real monthly reports. August 2026 against July 2026, Amazon Spain.
Client kept anonymous: we publish the work and the figures, never the name without written consent.
And the accounts we cannot show you
We run more Amazon accounts than the ones listed here. Most of our agreements include confidentiality, so we do not publish those clients' names or figures without written permission.
Take it as a reference point: it is the same discretion you will get when we work together.

We analyse
Account, catalogue and numbers. We look at margin per SKU with fulfilment, returns and ad spend included, not just top-line revenue.
DeliverableA report of your margin leaks ranked by money, not by urgency. We design the system
We decide what to sell, on which channel and at what price. And what to stop selling, which is usually the decision that frees the most margin.
DeliverableA 90-day plan with an owner, a metric and a cut-off threshold per lever. We build
Listings, campaigns, integrations and whatever software is missing. It ships in phases, with the previous one already being measured.
DeliverableA live channel and a tracking dashboard with your own data in it.We optimise
Two-week cycles. Measure, cut what doesn't pay and double down on what does. No waiting for month-end to react.
DeliverableA fortnightly review with decisions made and their impact in euros. We scale
A new marketplace, a new country or a new product line. Only once the unit economics can carry the next step.
DeliverableAn expansion model with investment, break-even point and timeline.
How many projects we're running right now
No endless waiting list and no invented countdown. This gauge says how many accounts we run in parallel and how many slots are left this quarter.
What it measures, precisely: accounts run at the same time by the two partners. Not revenue, not tasks. If the number is high it is because we do not take on more than we can run properly, and when a slot opens you will see it here.

An illustration of how we assign work. Names and percentages are examples.
One owner, the whole project
The same person handles strategy, execution and the numbers. No account split across five pairs of hands that never speak.
Remote by design, not by fashion
No offices or overhead to justify on your invoice. That margin goes into hours of work that move sales.
Four eyes on every delivery
What one of us does, the other reviews before it ships. That is the upside of being two with judgement instead of twelve without time.
We accept on capacity, not on calendar
If there is no real room, we do not take the project. We would rather tell you «not yet» than do it halfway.
A traditional agency bills you for its structure.
An account split across three juniors, a manager relaying messages and a weekly call that shifts nothing. Here you get one specialist owning the whole project, a supervisor reviewing it, and a capacity number you can see above — red zone included.
The difference isn't the price, it's the model
An account manager relays your questions to the team that actually does the work.
You talk to the specialist working on your account. Nothing gets lost in translation.
You get split into tasks: one person on ads, another on content, nobody on the business.
One lead owning the whole project, with the P&L in front of them.
A monthly report of vanity metrics: impressions, clicks, reach.
A dashboard with margin, TACOS and stock turn, plus this week's decision.
Offices, structure and overhead you end up paying for inside the fee.
Fully remote. The budget goes on specialist hours and software.
They take your project on even when the team is already buried.
Assignment by real capacity: if there's no room, we tell you before you sign.
