Amazon and marketplaces

Selling more on Amazon is easy. Making money is the work.

We take your whole account — catalogue, content, advertising, logistics and brand protection — and run it with one number on the table: the margin left on each ASIN.

The problem

Three symptoms of an account eating your margin

01

Sales are up and profit is down

Campaign ACoS looks fine, but TACoS climbs every month and nobody has worked out the contribution margin per ASIN.

02

You lose the Buy Box without noticing

Unauthorised sellers, misaligned pricing or a stockout: the listing is still live, but somebody else takes the sale.

03

The catalogue is half finished

Broken variations, empty attributes, stale A+ content and stranded ASINs. Amazon can't recommend what it doesn't understand.

Deliverables

What we run, one by one

12 Inside the service

Account and health audit

Account health, ODR, open cases, mischarged fees, pending reimbursements and stranded ASINs. It ships as a fix list ranked by impact.

01

Catalogue and variation strategy

Family structure, variations, packs and bundles. We decide which ASIN grows, which holds and which gets retired.

02

Listing SEO and semantic content

Complete titles, bullets and vertical attributes, in question-and-answer form so Amazon's answer engines can actually quote you.

03

A+ and A+ Premium content

Comparison modules, compatibility tables and video. Less brand storytelling, more buying objections answered.

04

Brand Store and brand traffic

A storefront per product family with real landing pages for Sponsored Brands, measured with Store Insights.

05

Amazon Ads: Sponsored Products, Brands and Display

Campaign architecture by intent, with separate ACoS targets for branded and category traffic.

06

Amazon DSP and audiences

Acquisition and retargeting on and off Amazon, read through incrementality and new-to-brand orders.

07

TACoS control and break-even ACoS

We set break-even ACoS from your real margin and work the organic side so TACoS falls while sales rise.

08

Buy Box, pricing and competitor watch

Win-rate tracking, price alerts, Buy Box control and removal of unauthorised sellers.

09

FBA and FBM logistics

Stock cover, IPI, stranded inventory and shipment planning, so a stockout never costs you your ranking.

10

Brand protection

Brand Registry, Transparency, infringement claims and recovery of listings whose content has been hijacked.

11

International expansion and other marketplaces

Opening up Europe and the United States, and mirroring the catalogue on Miravia, eBay, Zalando, El Corte Inglés, Carrefour or Leroy Merlin.

12

Not everything applies to every account. The audit decides what goes in and in which order.

  1. 01Step

    Diagnosis and baseline

We pull Search Query Performance, business and advertising reports, and calculate margin per ASIN using your COGS and the real fees. Nothing gets touched before that baseline exists.

  2. 02Step

    A 90-day plan with priorities

We rank the work by impact on margin: first what leaks, then what grows. Every item with an owner and a date.

  3. 03Step

    Catalogue and content clean-up

We fix variations, attributes and listings before spending a euro on ads. Paying for traffic into a broken listing is burning money.

  4. 04Step

    Scaling ads with margin control

Campaign restructure, negative keywords, placement bidding, and DSP only once the organic side can carry the weight.

  5. 05Step

    Monthly operation and data review

A business report, not a vanity one: GMV, TACoS, margin, stock cover and Buy Box. Plus what changes next month.

Metrics

What we answer for every month

01
TACoS
Ad spend over total sales, not just attributed sales. If it falls while sales rise, the organic side is working.
02
ACoS
Ad spend divided by the sales it generates. It measures campaign efficiency, always read against your break-even ACoS.
03
ROAS
Attributed sales per euro invested. It's ACoS inverted, in the language finance directors actually use.
04
Buy Box win rate
The share of time your offer wins the buy box. Without the Buy Box there is no sale, however much traffic arrives.
05
Sessions
Visits to your listing. They diagnose visibility: if they drop, the problem is ranking, price or advertising.
06
Conversion rate
Orders over sessions. If traffic lands and doesn't buy, the problem is the listing, the reviews or the price.
07
Contribution margin per ASIN
Price minus cost of goods, fees, advertising and returns. The only number that decides whether a product stays alive.

We measure and report these metrics. We don't guarantee figures: your starting point decides.

Questions

What people ask us before starting

  • Both, and often both at once for the same brand. What changes is the negotiation model and the margin structure, not the discipline: a clean catalogue, content that answers objections and advertising with an ACoS ceiling.

Next step
