Your store doesn't have a traffic problem. It has leaks.

We sort out the owned channel end to end: the store, conversion, acquisition and repeat purchase. With one dashboard where CAC and margin sit next to GMV.

The problem

Three leaks we nearly always find

01

Checkout loses people who already wanted to buy

Extra steps, delivery costs that appear at the last moment, and payment methods that don't match your actual customers.

02

You don't know which channel brings profitable customers

With consent rules and blockers in play, platform attribution claims credit for sales you were going to make anyway.

03

The whole budget goes on acquisition

No email lifecycle, no subscription and no basket recovery, so every month starts again from zero.

Deliverables

What we put in place

10 Inside the service

Store on Shopify, WooCommerce or headless

Building or rescuing the store with an architecture that holds your catalogue and your operation, not the one that's fashionable.

01

CRO on product page, basket and checkout

Funnel analysis, prioritised hypotheses and A/B testing on what actually moves orders: delivery, price, social proof and payment friction.

02

Technical SEO

Indexation, performance, Core Web Vitals, product structured data, and category and facet architecture.

03

Content and category SEO

Content that answers buying intent and captures the informational search your competitors are currently taking.

04

Paid media on Google, Meta, TikTok and Pinterest

Structured by intent and by margin, with budget allocated on CAC per channel rather than the ROAS the platform reports.

05

Product feeds and Google Shopping

A clean, enriched feed, rules by profitability, exclusion of no-margin SKUs, and Performance Max with actual control.

06

Email and lifecycle

Klaviyo or Brevo: welcome, abandoned basket, post-purchase, win-back and segmentation by real behaviour, not one big list.

07

Loyalty, subscription and repeat purchase

Points programmes, subscription and replenishment built around LTV rather than the single order.

08

Analytics, tracking and attribution

GA4, server-side tracking, consent implemented properly, and an attribution model you can defend in a board meeting.

09

Business dashboard

One panel with GMV, CAC, margin and repeat rate per channel, with marketplace sales in the same table.

10

Not everything applies to every account. The audit decides what goes in and in which order.

  1. 01Step

    Funnel and data audit

We measure where people drop out and check whether the analytics tell the truth. You can't optimise what you can't measure.

  2. 02Step

    Conversion fixes first

Product page, basket and checkout. Lifting conversion rate makes every bit of traffic you already pay for cheaper.

  3. 03Step

    Acquisition with a CAC ceiling

Campaign and feed restructure, with an acquisition cost target per channel and per product family.

  4. 04Step

    Repeat purchase and lifecycle

Email automation, subscription and replenishment, so the second order doesn't mean paying for the same customer twice.

  5. 05Step

Iteration with testing and a monthly review

A prioritised test queue, results in context, and a budget decision across channels. Amazon included when we run that too.

Metrics

What we answer for every month

01
Conversion rate
Orders over sessions, read by device and by source. It's the lever that multiplies the effect of everything else.
02
AOV (average order value)
What each customer spends per purchase. It rises with bundles, a free-delivery threshold and cross-sell in the right place.
03
CAC per channel
What a new customer costs in each channel. It's the number that decides where next month's budget goes.
04
LTV and LTV/CAC ratio
Customer lifetime value against what it costs to acquire them. Below three to one, growth is funded out of cash.
05
Contribution margin
Sales minus product cost, delivery, payment fees, returns and advertising. The result, not the revenue.
06
Repeat purchase rate
The share of customers who come back. It tells you whether you're building a brand or renting traffic each month.
07
Core Web Vitals
LCP, INP and CLS. Real store performance on your customer's phone: it affects conversion and organic visibility.

We measure and report these metrics. We don't guarantee figures: your starting point decides.

Questions

What people ask us before starting

  • It depends on the catalogue, the team who will run it and the ERP integration. Shopify for speed and low maintenance, WooCommerce if you need fine control and already live in WordPress, headless when performance or B2B justify it. Decided on data, not on preference.

Next step

Let's start by knowing where you stand

We review your account, your catalogue and your competition. Then we tell you what moves the needle and what doesn't. No strings attached.
